It has been wonderful to see interest in the Executive Director position! We have considered using a search firm that specializes in filling positions like this one but wanted first to see whether we might be able to find candidates through word of mouth with you all and through posting directly on Indeed. It has been encouraging to see serious interest and to have the opportunity to begin meeting with a few high-potential individuals.
