I can’t believe that I joined Thrive a year ago already. They were such a big help, and Theresa as my coach was wonderful. I had no idea that God had in mind for me to become management, and even wondered why I was partnered with a manager as my coach. God then revealed why since four months after I was hired I was promoted to the team lead. Theresa definitely had great advice for me and was such great support.
