Employer Partners
What is an employer partner?
An employer partner supports the mission of Thrive and is willing to consider job applicants with barriers to employment as they work their way to self-sufficiency and stability. We are looking for partners that primarily offer full-time positions with access to health benefits.
Benefits of an employer partnership:
- Job candidates who complete our employment workshop (Thrive members) are paired one-on-one with an employment coach who supports them for one year. This level of support ultimately benefits the employer as coaches support members not only in obtaining a job, but as they stabilize and advance at work.
- Strong two-way communication with both employers and employees allows us to follow-up regarding performance and quickly address any issues and concerns that may arise.
- Thrive resources are free and available to employers and employees for as long as they are needed.

Quote from an Employer Partner
“We are immensely thankful for Thrive and for the wonderful work you are doing to help prepare and connect job seekers with employers. ”
Please Note:
While Thrive is not a placement agency, we provide a list of job opportunities from a wide range of employers. Thrive job candidates apply directly for open positions. Then, Thrive staff contact the employer to support the application. This support can lead to a greater chance that the Thrive candidate will be considered and invited to interview. Thrive asks for feedback after interviews which has proved to be valuable as job candidates move forward with the employment process. We look forward to partnering with you.
