Thrive invites employers that regularly hire entry to mid-level employees to develop a collaborative partnership. The partnership becomes a win-win solution as employers find qualified job candidates and Thrive members find good jobs.
Benefits to partnering with Thrive:
- Our goal is to provide employers with job candidates who are equipped and ready to work.
- Thrive job candidates are well prepared through completing a five-day job readiness workshop where they set goals, identify barriers, and understand the steps needed to achieve success in the workplace and in life.
- Once candidates complete the workshop, they become Thrive members and are supported for at least one year through one-on-one employment coaching.
- Strong, two-way communication between Thrive and the employer partner, as well as Thrive and the member, allow us to follow-up regarding performance and quickly address any issues and concerns that may arise.
- Our services are completely free to our employer partners.
