We are developing partnerships with employers in a collaborative effort that benefits the employer and Thrive members. Our goal is to provide employers with job candidates who have the character and skills to be high performing employees and reduce costly employee turnover.
Benefits to partnering with Thrive:
- Thrive helps to lower employee turnover by helping our members understand professional culture and employer expectations.
- Our members complete a five-day job readiness workshop where they develop employment skills, identify goals, and understand the steps needed to achieve their goals.
- We take a holistic view of our members to help them overcome barriers at work and become high-performing employees. The Thrive team provides support to in a wide range of areas- including professional skills, communication, financial management, and more. These services continue for a minimum of their first year on the job.
- Strong, two-way communication between Thrive and the Employer Partner, as well as Thrive and the member, allow us to quickly address any issues and concerns that may arise.
- Our services are completely free to our Employer Partners. We benefit when Employer Partners provide our members with employment opportunities.
